Counselling for adults
Anxiety. Life transitions. Identity. The quiet kind of pain that doesn’t always have a name.
Care that meets people where they are — not where the world expects them to be.
Hello
I work with adults on anxiety, life transitions, identity, and the quiet pain that’s hard to name. People aren’t problems to solve. The work is simply paying attention to what’s already moving inside you — soft, steady, and honest. A space to exhale.
